Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Typical delivery is 3–7 days after dispatch; remote PIN codes may take longer.
• Orders are prepaid by default. Cash on Delivery is optional at checkout and carries a ₹9 cash handling fee.
• Shipping charges and the free-delivery threshold are shown in your cart before you pay.
• You can follow your parcel on the Track order page.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the Track order page until your order is packed. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Returns & replacements

• Because spices, herbs and food items are consumables, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, leaking, tampered or incorrect.
• Report within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos/video of the item and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
• Non-food items (malas, yantras, accessories) can be returned within [7] days if unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by UPI/bank transfer; we will ask for your details.
