• Account and order details: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, order history.
• Payment status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Technical data: IP address (for fraud and abuse prevention), device and browser type.
• Consultation details you submit for astrology / vastu bookings.

3. Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order updates (SMS, WhatsApp, email, push), provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Delivery partners and our fulfilment vendors (name, phone, address only for your order), Razorpay for payments, and service providers for messaging and hosting. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes and delete other data on request. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted.

6. Your rights
